Getting this update was one of our proudest moments. Melanie was one of the 9 that we saved back in January from the hoarding situation. Here is what she looked like when her "owner" brought her to the shelter to be euthanized, and here is what she looks like today, 6 months later, with her forever family.
Her forever family says she is the perfect dog. She takes turns sleeping with the kids and just loves them to pieces. She went from living a neglectful, terrifying, and sick life, to a life luxury and love.

Zach is our little parvo survivor! We have been hit hard with parvo puppies lately, but we are so happy that Zach was one of the lucky ones to make it though. Here is what his new forever family wrote to us the other night:
"Our pup is doing great. We re-named him Cooper, and he is just absolutely loving life! We feel so lucky to have found him!"
