Violet is home for the holidays! Violet was adopted 2 weeks ago and now is spending her first Thanksgiving in her forever home. She has a lot to be thankful for this year, as does her new Mama! What a special pup she is.

Happy Tails for Esther & Ruby! They found their people this week! It's not easy to find the right home to take in a bonded pair, we got lucky with Glenna & Dennis!
Couldn't be happier for these two monkeys. Mae went to her forever home and we couldn't be happier. Her mom only adopts older pointers. The house is equipped with ramps for her dogs with arthritis. She plans to spoil our sweet girl, Mae will get fresh eggs and goat cheese everyday! She has 2 1/2 fenced acres to run around with her brothers and sister, which is her favorite activity! We are certain her days will be filled with nothing but love from here on out.
The photo is her signature move, face to the armpit cuddles! Maggie who was taken in by our rescue over 3 months ago just graduated from puppy kindergarten! She is such a smart girl! Her family is so proud of how far she has come in such a short amount of time. She came to our rescue with heartworms and a horrible cyst on the top of her head that had to be operated on. Maggie has made a full recovery and she will live a long and wonderful life. YAY MAGGIE!
Duke had a rough in life, we were lucky enough to foster him for the first 6 months until he was adopted and returned because for reasons unknown. We were so happy he was returned to us because our home was so quiet and not the same without him. Duke fits right in and loves his older brothers. He loves sleeping on them and stealing toys from them and is the biggest momma's boy. We love him and couldn't imagine our lives without him. We are so lucky we were able to foster him and bond with him. :) Thank you SCDR we love our baby boy!
Happy Tails for Huxley! Yesterday he and his siblings flew into
Colorado from Arkansas thanks to Pilots N Paws. He woke up this morning charged and ready to meet his forever family! Just as we suspected, Huxley was a perfect match! He loves his new sisters and they are very gentle with him. We couldn't be happier for our little Huxley!! About a week ago a chihuahua momma and her three puppies were welcomed into our rescue. Usually, everybody wants the puppies and the moms get left behind and it takes them a long time to get adopted. This time, Betty, the Momma got adopted first! She went to a wonderful family who understands everything she has been through and wants to just give her the love she truly deserves!
Ruth found her forever home today! She has the best big brother in the world that is showing her how to play with toys and chew on bones.
This is Idgy (new name)! She's full of fire and chaos, but we are so happy with her. She's been a great "helper" around the garden, and her big brother Sam the husky adores her. We are having so much fun watching her grow..she loves everyone and every thing! Roscoe (new name) is doing really well in his new home! He eats and drinks breakfast/lunch/dinner faster than I can pour them. He’s REALLY good at socializing with other dogs and people, and he’s taking advantage of meeting every passerby on his walks. We’re still working on crating and sleep schedules, but he’s sleeping more and more every night. Oh, and the Roscoe to toy ratio is 14:1... |
